THE GRAND HAUNT SPECIFIC PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Grand Prize: One Package 03 photography session, 10 additional fully edited digital images, and one professional 11×14 lustre photographic print, with a combined retail value of $580 CAD.
Total Images: The grand prize includes 15 fully edited digital images in total.
Entry Deadline: October 31, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. EDT.
Final Entry: Participants may earn one additional entry by liking the October 31 Grand Haunting post on Facebook or Instagram and commenting with a Halloween emoji.
Previous Entries: All eligible bonus entries earned during Days 1–12 remain valid and are automatically included in the final draw.
Winner Selection: One grand prize recipient will be selected at random from all eligible accumulated entries and announced on October 31, 2026, after entries close.
Prize Redemption: The grand prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2027. The photography session must be completed by this date, subject to availability. Unused prizes will expire after this date.
Travel Fees: Standard travel rates apply based on the selected photography location. Any applicable travel fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the grand prize.
Additional Costs: The prize includes only the products and services specifically listed above. Any additional digital images, extra pets, additional prints or products, upgrades, shipping, or other applicable fees are not included and will be charged at regular rates.
Included Print: The 11×14 lustre photographic print must feature one of the fully edited images from the grand prize session.
Restrictions: The grand prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions, discounts, or giveaway prizes.
Additional Conditions: Standard booking policies, session requirements, and all applicable photography terms and conditions remain in effect.

1. Contest Period
13 Days of Tricks & Treats runs from October 19 to October 31, 2026. Each daily giveaway is open for the date specified on its individual contest page, with entries closing at 11:59 p.m. EDT unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
Open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Individual prizes may require the purchase of a photography session or other services to redeem their value, as specified in the prize-specific terms.
3. How to Enter
Follow the entry instructions provided for each daily giveaway. Entries must be received before the stated deadline. Entries that do not meet the applicable requirements may be disqualified.
4. Winners & Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries unless otherwise specified. Winners will be contacted directly by Naughty Spots PhoDography.
5. The Grand Haunting
Eligible participation in daily giveaways earns bonus entries into The Grand Haunting, our Halloween grand prize draw. The grand prize winner will be selected on October 31, 2026 at 8:00 P.M. EDT. Each daily giveaway awards 1 bonus grand prize entry per eligible participant unless otherwise stated. Additional ways to enter may be announced on social media.
6. Prize Conditions
Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Prizes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or contest prizes unless explicitly stated. Additional conditions and expiry dates may apply to individual prizes.
7. General Conditions
Naughty Spots PhoDography reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify fraudulent participation, and modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
