My dog can't be off-leash. Can you remove the leash?

Yes, I remove leashes and collars in editing (unless otherwise advised). All I ask is that you don't put on a harnesses, clothing, or a collar that's too wide, to make removal easier afterwards.

My dog is ELDERLY / ILL. Can we schedule a session soon?

I understand the urgency in such situations. I always keep last-minute availability for these circumstances, ensuring that you can cherish meaningful memories of your pet.

Do you travel?

While my primary location is in Barrie and the surrounding area, I'm available to travel to your location. If you're interested in a session outside this area, please get in touch to discuss travel arrangements and associated costs. All sessions include travel up to 35 km. For distances beyond, there is a travel fee of $0.70 per km.

what is a social media digital and high-resolution file?

Digital files have a file size adapted to the Internet so that there is no loss of quality in the image. They also have the Naughty Spots PhoDography logo, which is used to identify the photographer. Files for private use are high-resolution files that are ideal for a wide variety of prints in different sizes. For larger prints over 2 meters, for example, the sharpness and quality of the image is retained. They also do not have a logo, as they are available for private purposes. Commercial use (individual fees) of the photos is only permitted in consultation with the photographer.

Horse Sessions

During your horse photoshoot, it's beneficial to have an extra helper to distract and attract your horse's attention. Bringing treats can help maintain your horse's interest.

I use a photo rope halter during the shoot, which can be easily removed from photos, creating the illusion that your horse is standing freely. Additionally, you're welcome to borrow dresses from my collection at no extra cost.

The duration of the photoshoot is approximate. If your horse cooperates easily, we may finish sooner, but if more time is needed for restlessness or other factors, I'll take the necessary time. Please note that adding more horses to the session reduces the available time per horse.

Portrait photos can feature both you and your horse together, while it's also possible to take photos of your horse standing alone. Action photos involve capturing your horse's movement on a lunge line, either in trot or gallop.

LOCATION FEE

Any fees associated with photographing at a location, such as photography permit fees, parking, entrance tickets, or similar, are not included in the session fee.

How Far in advance should i book my session?

During busy periods, sessions can book up quickly, sometimes up to 3 months in advance. I always recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date and location. Please note that rental locations often book up months in advance as well, so early planning is beneficial.
