Once the contest closes, one lucky winner will be chosen at random, and the witch herself will reach out to reveal her three magical photography offerings! ( Me, im the witch, lol)


The winner will get to see all three mystery prizes before choosing the one they'd like to claim. Will it be a little extra magic for your photographs, a special treat for your next session, or something entirely unexpected?

All three offerings are photography-related prizes that must be redeemed with a new, purchased photography session.


HOW TO ENTER:


  1. FIND YOUR FAVOURITE! Browse the photographs on our Facebook or Instagram page and choose your absolute favourite!
  2. SHOW IT SOME LOVE! Leave a comment directly on the original photograph's post telling us what you love about it!
  3. SPREAD THE MAGIC! (OPTIONAL) Share that same photograph's post to your public Facebook or Instagram story and tag Naughty Spots PhoDography!


One lucky winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries!

Prize specific terms


  • Entry Deadline: October 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
  • Winner: One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
  • Prize Details: The winner will be privately presented with three mystery photography prizes and may select one. The specific prizes will not be publicly disclosed before the winner is selected.
  • Prize Selection: The winner may review all three offerings before making their choice. Once a prize has been selected and confirmed, the decision is final and cannot be changed or exchanged for another offering. Choice must be made by October 31st, 2026 at 8:00PM EDT.
  • Redemption: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. However, the selected prize must be redeemed in conjunction with a new, regularly priced photography session.
  • Validity: Valid for a new photography session taking place by December 31, 2027.
  • Restrictions: Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or prizes. Only one of the three offerings may be claimed.
  • Prize Conditions: No cash value. Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, or credit unless expressly included in the selected prize.
  • Additional Conditions: All sessions are subject to availability, location suitability, and standard booking conditions. Any additional costs not specifically covered by the chosen prize remain the responsibility of the winner.


Official contest rules


1. Contest Period

13 Days of Tricks & Treats runs from October 19 to October 31, 2026. Each daily giveaway is open for the date specified on its individual contest page, with entries closing at 11:59 p.m. EDT unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

Open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Individual prizes may require the purchase of a photography session or other services to redeem their value, as specified in the prize-specific terms.

3. How to Enter

Follow the entry instructions provided for each daily giveaway. Entries must be received before the stated deadline. Entries that do not meet the applicable requirements may be disqualified.

4. Winners & Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries unless otherwise specified. Winners will be contacted directly by Naughty Spots PhoDography.

5. The Grand Haunting

Eligible participation in daily giveaways earns bonus entries into The Grand Haunting, our Halloween grand prize draw. The grand prize winner will be selected on October 31, 2026 at 8:00 P.M. EDT. Each daily giveaway awards 1 bonus grand prize entry per eligible participant unless otherwise stated. Additional ways to enter may be announced on social media.

6. Prize Conditions

Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Prizes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or contest prizes unless explicitly stated. Additional conditions and expiry dates may apply to individual prizes.

7. General Conditions

Naughty Spots PhoDography reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify fraudulent participation, and modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
