Prize specific terms


  • Offer Date: October 23, 2026, only. Requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. EDT.
  • Eligibility: Available to previous Naughty Spots PhoDography clients and event participants with eligible images photographed on or before December 31, 2024. Sessions and events photographed in 2025 or 2026 are excluded.
  • Eligible Images: Applies only to previously edited digital images that remain available in our archives. Image availability is not guaranteed.
  • Pricing: $13 CAD for one image, $35 CAD for five images, or $50 CAD for ten images. Additional images beyond ten are $4 CAD each within the same eligible client's order.
  • Multiple Galleries: Clients may combine images from multiple eligible galleries featuring their own pets or personal photography sessions to qualify for package pricing. Images from different clients or unrelated individuals cannot be combined into a single purchase to receive bulk pricing. Each client's images must be purchased separately.
  • Purchase Limits: There is no maximum number of images that may be purchased, subject to availability.
  • Editing: Offer applies to existing edited digital images only. Additional editing, retouching, or other modifications are not included.
  • Claiming the Offer: Clients must send a Facebook or Instagram Messenger message containing "GALLERY RESURRECTION" by the offer deadline. Gallery review, image selection, payment, and delivery may take place after October 23.

Gallery review and image selection may take place after October 23, but all selections and payment must be completed by the final purchase deadline.
  • Final Purchase Deadline: All images must be selected and payment received in full by October 31, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. EDT to qualify for promotional pricing. Inquiries or requests made before the original offer deadline do not extend this cutoff. Any selections or payments made after this deadline will be subject to regular pricing.
  • Payment & Delivery: Images will be delivered digitally following image selection and receipt of payment.
  • Restrictions: Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers. No cash value. Images must be available in the photographer's archives.


Grand Haunting Bonus Entry Terms


  • Entry Deadline: October 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
  • Past Client Entry: Share a photograph taken by Naughty Spots PhoDography in a Facebook or Instagram post or story and tag the business account. The post or story must be publicly visible and verifiable by the photographer.
  • New Client Entry: Comment on the official Day 5 Facebook or Instagram post describing what you'd love to have photographed.
  • Entry Limit: One bonus entry per person for Day 5, regardless of the number of photos shared, comments made, galleries requested, or images purchased.
  • No Purchase Necessary: Purchasing images is not required to earn a Grand Haunting bonus entry.

Official contest rules


1. Contest Period

13 Days of Tricks & Treats runs from October 19 to October 31, 2026. Each daily giveaway is open for the date specified on its individual contest page, with entries closing at 11:59 p.m. EDT unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

Open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Individual prizes may require the purchase of a photography session or other services to redeem their value, as specified in the prize-specific terms.

3. How to Enter

Follow the entry instructions provided for each daily giveaway. Entries must be received before the stated deadline. Entries that do not meet the applicable requirements may be disqualified.

4. Winners & Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries unless otherwise specified. Winners will be contacted directly by Naughty Spots PhoDography.

5. The Grand Haunting

Eligible participation in daily giveaways earns bonus entries into The Grand Haunting, our Halloween grand prize draw. The grand prize winner will be selected on October 31, 2026 at 8:00 P.M. EDT. Each daily giveaway awards 1 bonus grand prize entry per eligible participant unless otherwise stated. Additional ways to enter may be announced on social media.

6. Prize Conditions

Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Prizes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or contest prizes unless explicitly stated. Additional conditions and expiry dates may apply to individual prizes.

7. General Conditions

Naughty Spots PhoDography reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify fraudulent participation, and modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
