OFFER specific terms


  • Offer Deadline: October 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT, or when all 5 sessions have been claimed, whichever comes first.
  • Availability: Limited to 5 promotional sessions, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • Package Includes: One 30-minute outdoor photography session and 13 fully edited digital images.
  • Price: $13 per image, for a total package price of $169 CAD.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable.
  • Scheduling: The date and time shown during booking are placeholders only. Actual session dates will be arranged separately, subject to availability. No fixed session expiry date applies.
  • Location: Sessions must take place at an outdoor location within approximately 20 minutes' driving distance of Barrie, Ontario, as determined by the Photographer.
  • Gifting: Sessions may be purchased as gifts. Recipients must agree to all applicable booking and photography contract terms.
  • Restrictions: Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, giveaways, or special offers. Cannot be exchanged for cash or applied as credit toward another photography package.
  • Additional Conditions: A promotional booking agreement must be accepted at purchase, and the standard photography contract must be signed before the session takes place.


Official contest rules


1. Contest Period

13 Days of Tricks & Treats runs from October 19 to October 31, 2026. Each daily giveaway is open for the date specified on its individual contest page, with entries closing at 11:59 p.m. EDT unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

Open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Individual prizes may require the purchase of a photography session or other services to redeem their value, as specified in the prize-specific terms.

3. How to Enter

Follow the entry instructions provided for each daily giveaway. Entries must be received before the stated deadline. Entries that do not meet the applicable requirements may be disqualified.

4. Winners & Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries unless otherwise specified. Winners will be contacted directly by Naughty Spots PhoDography.

5. The Grand Haunting

Eligible participation in daily giveaways earns bonus entries into The Grand Haunting, our Halloween grand prize draw. The grand prize winner will be selected on October 31, 2026 at 8:00 P.M. EDT. Each daily giveaway awards 1 bonus grand prize entry per eligible participant unless otherwise stated. Additional ways to enter may be announced on social media.

6. Prize Conditions

Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Prizes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or contest prizes unless explicitly stated. Additional conditions and expiry dates may apply to individual prizes.

7. General Conditions

Naughty Spots PhoDography reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify fraudulent participation, and modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
