OFFER specific terms


  • Entry Deadline: October 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
  • Winner Selection: One winner will be selected from eligible Day 12 entries.
  • The Prize: One professionally printed 16×24 canvas, valued at $220 CAD, featuring one photograph from the winner's future purchased photography session.
  • Redemption: The canvas must feature an image from a new, regularly priced photography session booked with Naughty Spots PhoDography.
  • Validity: The photography session must take place by December 31, 2027.
  • Image Selection: The winner may choose one image from their purchased session's completed, fully edited photographs for their canvas.
  • Printing: The canvas will be ordered through Naughty Spots PhoDography's professional printing supplier. The final image must be suitable for printing at the specified size.
  • Restrictions: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, substituted for another product, or combined with other promotions, discounts, or giveaway prizes.
  • Additional Costs: The photography session, any applicable travel fees, and any additional products or images purchased are not included in the canvas prize. Any applicable shipping or delivery charges will be confirmed before ordering.

1. Contest Period

13 Days of Tricks & Treats runs from October 19 to October 31, 2026. Each daily giveaway is open for the date specified on its individual contest page, with entries closing at 11:59 p.m. EDT unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

Open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Individual prizes may require the purchase of a photography session or other services to redeem their value, as specified in the prize-specific terms.

3. How to Enter

Follow the entry instructions provided for each daily giveaway. Entries must be received before the stated deadline. Entries that do not meet the applicable requirements may be disqualified.

4. Winners & Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries unless otherwise specified. Winners will be contacted directly by Naughty Spots PhoDography.

5. The Grand Haunting

Eligible participation in daily giveaways earns bonus entries into The Grand Haunting, our Halloween grand prize draw. The grand prize winner will be selected on October 31, 2026 at 8:00 P.M. ET. Each daily giveaway awards 1 bonus grand prize entry per eligible participant unless otherwise stated. Additional ways to enter may be announced on social media.
